Place type size finder magnifier directly over the printed specimen, caps only, between the top and longer line of the point section. In the middle of the scale, there is a line divided in points and in .005" on both sides. Measures type 4 point through 36 point. Middle scale divided into 1/2 points and .005" through 72 points and 1.000".
