True Blue Plate Cleaner quickly and completely opens all types of metal offset plates,
even after long periods of storage. Use True Blue to remove surface scratches, oxidation
spots, semi-dried ink and gum streaks which reduce print quality. True Blue restores the
ink receptive surface. Just apply and rinse. Clean plates “on the fly” on web offset
presses to minimize downtime, extend plate life and increase the impressions per plate.

Plate Fix is a super desensitizer built to keep ink from returning to unwanted areas of the plate. When a scratch is deep or a plate is blind, use this product before remaking a plate. Counter acts chemical plate blinding Removes gum streaks and blinding caused by improper gumming .Removes even the severest of scratches, oxidation and scrumming. . We recommend testing plate Fix on your plate before use. POLYESTER PLATES: Use as a plate starter, cleaner and conditioner to keep the plate back round from picking up unwanted ink.

Complete Plate Cleaner is just that. . .complete. Complete Plate Cleaner is compatible with most plates, cleans and desensitizes the non-image area of the plate, removes minor scratches, and can even be used for plate storage. Complete is low-VOC, and its cream-like texture and viscosity make it easy to apply.

Allied Universal Plate Cleaner. We designed U.P.C. as a plate cleaner/desensitizer, heavy duty scratch remover and short term storage gum, able to perform on the wide variety of plates available around the world. Each raw material has been thoroughly tested on the wide variety of plates to ensure proper performance. U.P.C. is a deep violet colored acid based emulsion. Using a blend of mild active solvents, it lifts and removes inks quickly. Contains a unique blend of acids to ensure fast and complete desensitization while dissolving and removing any calcium which has attached to the plate image causing image blinding. Contains materials that help attract ink to the image ensuring fast start-ups, even after storage.
