North America Service Contract Coverage:
Unlimited repairs, including parts and labor due to normal usage.
One inspection/certification service per contract period. Certification will normally be done at the time of a repair visit. If no repair is required during the contract period, then one inspection/certification service visit is covered.
Free short term unit exchange. An equal-to or better-than model may be used.
Priority unit exchange status.
Unlimited free telephone support.
One-way return shipment of your instrument via UPS Blue.
