Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the U.S. , place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Discover Card. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. |

Shipping And Handling
U.S. and Canadian Shipping Unless otherwise noted, UPS shipping charges will be charged to your order. Unless otherwise requested, U.S and Canadian orders will be shipped UPS ground. Canadian orders may be subject to Canadian Customs, duties and or brokerage fees imposed by Canadian agencies and beyond our control. California customers will be charged applicable sales tax. International Shipping Unless otherwise requested, International orders will be shipped via Mail (Express Mail International). Postage will be added to your order. If requested, shipping charges can be e-mailed to you. Equipment When ordering heavier equipment involving freight, rates will be quoted by e-mail prior to shipping. |

Returns Policy
Please contact us for a return number. Items returned unopened and unused, in original packaging, within 7 days of purchace, 10% Retocking fee. Items returned unopened and unused, in original packaging, within 7 to 30 days of purchase, 15% Retocking fee. Items returned unopened and unused, in original packaging, within 30 to 60 days from purchase 25% Retocking fee. Opened items, will be determined after inspection. No items will be accepted for return after 60 days. Any items deemed to be defective, while under the manufactures warranty will be replaced or repaired as per the manufacturers warranty. |
